MLA Group is having turnover of INR 100 Crore in 2010-2011. It is a chemical manufacturing group with four ISO Certified manufacturing units located at Kanpur. Our in-house R&D deptt. is recognized by DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. All our manufacturing units are ISO 9001:2000 certified by DNV, Netherlands & TUV-R, Germany. Both in the precipitated chemicals & processed minerals line, our QA system strives to achieve near-zero batch to batch variation through PLC / DSC controlled unit operations. Tolerance limits are narrow & all non-conformities are strictly deal & corrective actions initiated. Our Quality Control system is organized in a unique & innovative three tier model: 1) Preliminary inspection / testing of Raw Material / PIP / FP by production people at Shop floor level. 2) The factory quality control department (FQC dept.) 3) The central quality control department (CQC dept.) to undertake the conformity, investigative & developmental testing.
